Basic Pre-employment Documents to have in the Philippines

Fresh College Graduate? 20 years old and above? I know for sure you got those trills and chills of facing a new chapter of your life, the adulthood. To start your journey as a fresh young ones to adulting, let me share you my own based experience on how to get the basic requirements for a job.

I listed every specific steps for you, I know you`v been searching it all over the internet like me to know how to get the following requirements:

     

1. Go to https://clearance.nbi.gov.ph/ 
2.  REGISTER panel. → Fill up. →  PROCEED.

3. Sign In. → Fill up the ff information. → Apply for clearance.

4. Input any ID. → Select NBI Branch. → Select Appointment Schedule.

5. Choose any payment mode (I prefer 711). → Proceed. → Proceed to Payment.

6. Screenshot your reference number. → Accept.

7. Go to the nearest 711.→ Cliqq station. → Select NBI Clearance. → Fill up. → Proceed.

8. You're now good to go to NBI branch you chose.

1. Go to https://eregister.philhealth.gov.ph/

2. Proceed. → Check the box. → Accept.

3. Fill Up information. → Submit.

4. Wait for the Email Confirmation .

5. Print the email and submit it to your hr committee.

1. Go to: https://www.pagibigfundservices.com/

2. Click the membership registration.

3. Fill up necessary information.

4. Wait for email confirmation.

5. Wait for the text. → They will give you instructions. → Send the info based on the instructions.

6. After that, they send your Pag-ibig Number and that's it.

1. Go to https://www.sss.gov.ph/sss/appmanager/sss_downloads.jsp?type=forms
2. Choose Personal Data record. -- Download. -- Fill Up.
3. Produce to Copies.
4. Go to the nearest SSS Branch and bring Original Birth Certificate.
5. At the end, you'll only receive a paper attached with your SSS no.
