S P I M S is Spiritual, Physical, Intellectual, Mental and Social.
These are the self core fundamentals that everyone should be aware of and without further delay, let's get start!



1. S P I R I T U A L

Start: Wake up at exact 4: 00 A.M.
Take your Daily Bible Verse, your medicine for the soul to start the day with God's uplifting word.

End: Sleep exactly at 10: 00 P.M.
Before sleeping, prep yourself for soothing bath with calming music , no gadgets and get your notepad and write an ending note for that day, anything that comes in your mind that day, write it up.

2. P H Y S I C A L

Lessen Greasy Foods and Eat more Fruits, Vegetables, Meat, Fish, it is the foundation of your body, your whole.
Workout, to tone and have a lightweight feeling everyday.

Take care of Personal Hygiene, up here and down there.


3. I N T E L L E C T U A L



NEW Ideas.Growth Mind. Motivation. Mindfulness. Meditation.

Knowing the triggers to your Full Potential, something interesting, something that sparks an AHA moments, something like "what? I didn't know that it exists".
An ICC Sticker for your brain is a pre-requisite: Initiative. Courage. Consistency.


4. M E N T A L

Possibilities. Beliefs. Happiness
Passion. Self Improvement
Mission. Learn New as you live. 
Goals. Own a space for myself, my ideal space.





5. S O C I A L

Communication. Behavior. Personality.
Wash Dishes every after you eat.
Wash Clothes on Saturday and Wednesday.
